Trial Tracker

Support

Trial Tracker warns you before a free trial turns into a charge, and tells you where the cancel button is hiding. Everything it stores stays on your phone.

Common questions

Does the app cancel subscriptions for me?

No, and it never will. Trial Tracker gives you the steps and the link; you do the cancelling. Any app that claims to cancel on your behalf needs access to your accounts — that is exactly what this app is built not to ask for.

Do I have to connect my bank or my card?

No. There is no bank connection, no card scanning and no login to any service you track. The payment method field is free text you type yourself, and it never leaves your phone.

Why didn't I get a reminder?

Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your phone. If they stop arriving, check that notifications are still allowed for Trial Tracker in Settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing them. A subscription with a red NO REMINDER badge has no scheduled notification at all — open it and set the date again.

A cancellation guide is out of date.

Tell us which service and what you actually saw on screen. The guides are checked against each company's official help page, but companies rename buttons without warning — a report with the real wording is the fastest possible fix.

I paid to unlock and it did not unlock.

The unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If it did not apply, use the restore option on the unlock screen first; purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so restoring works on any device signed in to it. If it still fails, email the address above with the date of the purchase.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. There is no server copy, no account and nothing to request from us, because there is nothing on our side to delete.
